Shipping & Collection Policy

Collection at our premises
Once we have completed processing your order, we will contact you to say that your package is ready for collection. We will arrange a day and time for collection of your package to ensure that we are available to hand over your package. 
You are also welcome to make use of your own driver/courier for collection. 
Once your order has left our premises it no longer belongs to us and therefore, we cannot be held accountable or take any responsibility regarding the actions which your collector/driver/courier company decides to take.

Shipping/Delivery
Pudo Locker Option
Once we have completed processing your order, we will book your package to be delivered to your nearest PUDO locker or Pudo Locker of choice for pick-up. You will receive a message stating that your package is on its way. Shipping will take approximately 1-4 business days. When your package is ready for pick-up you will receive a message and code that you must use to open the locker door. Please note that you will have 24 hours to pick up your package from the time you have received the notification for pick-up.  Failing to pick up your package within the 24 hours, will result in your package being sent back to the closest PUDO Kiosk/Depot. You can ask to resend your package to a PUDO locker nearest to you or an alternative address at an additional cost. We will not resend your package on our expense.

Delivery to Door Option
Once we have completed processing your order, we will book your package to be delivered to your address for collection. You will receive a message stating that your package is on its way. Shipping will take approximately 2-4 business days. Please ensure that you are available to receive your package in the time the courier states. We make use of the Pudo to Door Delivery Service for this option.

PLEASE NOTE:
Should there be any delay in processing your order we will notify you of such. With all this said we will always strive to complete your order as soon as possible. 

Shipping/Delivery Cost
Our shipping cost is weight based and will be calculated at checkout

For both shipping options YTB INDUSTRIES (PTY) Ltd t/a YTB – Your Trend Boxed will not be held liable for any damages or delays caused by the courier, as we take all reasonable precautions to ensure your package is protected when shipped and delays caused by the courier company is out of our hands.
